Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@luxnebulus.com with your order number.

Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale, personalized or custom-made products, items used or damaged after delivery.
