At Lux Nebulus, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@luxnebulus.com with your order number.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
